Career background: I studied psychology, with a focus on how work and mental health influence each other, which naturally led me into recruitment - I’ve always been a people person and genuinely enjoy helping others find roles where they can thrive.

I started my career in the UK, recruiting across tech and data before moving to Perth to help build and lead the data market here!

What I’m passionate about: I believe good recruitment is about people, not placements. I care about matching professionals with teams where they’ll thrive - culturally and technically. For me, it’s about listening properly, being transparent, and building long-term partnerships based on trust and results.
