Career background: I am a seasoned South African recruitment and talent acquisition professional with close to two decades of experience, specialising in IT and technical recruitment. I have worked across both agency and in-house environments, giving me a strong end-to-end understanding of recruitment, executive search, and stakeholder management. I have progressed through researcher and consultant roles, building deep expertise in sourcing, market mapping, and candidate engagement. Earlier in my career, I held recruitment and HR roles at organizations including Accenture, DHL Express, Nashua Mobile, and Maxwell Drummond International. I am known for my relationship-driven approach, strong market insight, and ability to consistently secure high-calibre talent. What I’m passionate about: I’m passionate about my three daughters and building a secure, meaningful future for them — they are my biggest motivation. Professionally, I’m driven by connecting people with the right opportunities and creating lasting matches that genuinely make a difference. I value strong relationships, honest guidance, and deep market insight, particularly within the IT and technology space. Outside of work, I love food and cooking and enjoy experimenting across cuisines. Cooking is my creative outlet and one of the ways I bring people together.
