Career background: I began my career in South Africa as a Student Recruiter for a private university, helping young adults bridge the gap between their studies and their first professional steps. I then transitioned into specialized recruitment, where my primary focus was on qualified, general, and junior finance roles. While my roots are in SA, I’ve spent years placing finance professionals on a global scale. Now based in Perth, I’ve brought that international experience to PSG, specializing in permanent Accounting Support. I also hold a degree in Sport Psychology from the University of Pretoria, which essentially means I’m well-trained in the mental gymnastics required to keep both clients and candidates happy!

What I’m passionate about: Professionally, I’m driven by the human element of recruitment. Beyond the office, I am a patriotic Springbok supporter and all-around sports lover. I also have a deep passion for wildlife photography and music. I’m a firm believer that we are the primary drivers of our own outcomes. I value the discipline it takes to set a plan and stay the course until the job is done. I also appreciate the Perth lifestyle and enjoy catching the game or winding down a busy week with a good local pint in hand.

Two fun facts about me:
1. I am a mixed martial artist and have had the privilege of training alongside top-tier athletes like UFC Champion, Dricus du Plessis and various EFC World Champions. An injury eventually shifted my competitive focus toward recruitment, though the discipline of the mats stays with me every day.
2. I’m a T1 Diabetic, so if you hear me beeping in a meeting, don’t worry… I’m just a slightly glitchy cyborg in need of a snack.
