Career background: My career in healthcare recruitment began in 2018, following over a decade of hands-on clinical experience in a brain and head injury unit. This extensive background has given me a deep understanding of the healthcare system and its unique demands. Drawing on this insight, I excel at matching the right candidates to the right roles—whether temporary or permanent—across a wide range of positions, including allied health professionals, enrolled nurses, registered nurses, PCAs, and more.
